Dr. Taylor Augustine
Meet Dr. Taylor Augustine! She is part of our OB/GYN team! Dr. Augustine is originally from Pennsylvania and completed medical school at West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine, and residency in Buffalo, NY. Taylor loves the OB/GYN specialty, as she is provided with the opportunity to work with women of all ages, through wellness visits, surgery, pregnancy, and menopause. She enjoys spending most of her free time outside hiking, camping, kayaking, and visiting local art and antique shops. She is now accepting new patients so call and schedule an appointment today!
Dr. Taylor Augustine

Dr. Angela Teige
Dr. Angela Teige, was born and raised in Reno, Nevada. She completed her undergraduate degree in Bellingham, Washington. After finishing her undergraduate degree, she completed medical school in Kansas City, Missouri. During her medical training, she fell in love with obstetrics and gynecology and dedicated herself to pursue this speciality. She loves the continuity of care in healthcare and has a passion for women’s health. After medical school, she completed her residency training in Dayton, Ohio. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, being outdoors, riding horses, and spending time with her family.
Dr. Angela Teige

Dr. Zachary Warnock
Dr. Zachary Warnock is a family medicine provider specializing in obstetrics. He completed his medical degree at Albany Medical College in Albany, NY, and his residency at the Idaho State Family Medicine Residency where he is now an associate professor. This position allows him to contribute to the education of future family medicine providers while continuing to practice in his field of expertise. Dr. Warnock is married to a wonderful woman and has seven children. He loves being involved in the community and enjoys almost any outdoor activity.
