Pocatello

Health West Pocatello is a longstanding community health center dedicated to providing accessible, patientcentered care to individuals and families across southeast Idaho. Established in 1999 and originally located in Old Town Pocatello, the clinic now operates from its modern location at 1000 N. 8th Avenue. Patients have access to primary care, behavioral health, women’s health, pediatric services, dental care, and an onsite pharmacy for added convenience. With extended weekday hours, Health West is committed to serving the healthcare needs of the Pocatello community.
