Dr. Paul Crowley’s motto in dentistry has always been the same: work hard, make it fun, do excellent work.

“Patients are apprehensive at the dentist sometimes,” Crowley said. “I understand, I hated the dentist growing up. I work to treat patients so they are comfortable in the clinic and hopefully have the best experience they have ever had.”

Dr. Crowley grew up in Bountiful, UT and spent two years in Argentina where he learned to speak Spanish. He attended Brigham Young University and then Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, graduating in 2003. After that, he completed a general practice residency at Metro Health Medical Center, a Level 1 trauma center in Cleveland, OH. He worked at Children’s Hospital of Michigan before moving to Arizona to work for the Indian Health Service, where he completed all types of dental services including restorative, oral surgery, prosthodontic, endodontic, etc. He also repaired closed jaw fractures, alveoloplasties, splinting of avulsed teeth, etc.

Prior to coming to Health West, Dr. Crowley was the Chief Dental Officer for a community health center in Saginaw, MI. In that role he oversaw multiple clinics, treated patients, and taught University of Michigan and University of Detroit Mercy Dental students. He worked with students on improving their knowledge and skills, specifically in exams and treatment planning, restorative dentistry, prosthodontics (like dentures), surgical extractions, etc.

In his free time, Dr. Crowley enjoys the outdoors (hiking, skiing, etc.), doing home and car repairs, and playing sports with his children.

Andrea our very first Health West Dental employee and started in 2014. She is a Dental Hygienist and enjoys spending time with her family. She also enjoys traveling and attending her kids’ sporting events. Rumor has it she is the biggest Bon Jovi fan. =)

Brooke is a Dental Hygienist and started with Health West in 2018. She enjoys spending time with her family and fur babies.

Dr. Brock Stringam, DMD, has always loved working with his hands and helping people, so dentistry felt like a natural fit. He believes in collaborative, team-centered dental care that centers on effective patient-dentist communication.

Originally from West Jordan, UT, Dr. Stringam served a church mission in Mexico City, Mexico. He graduated from the University of Utah with a bachelor’s degree in health education and promotion, and from Roseman University with a Doctorate of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Stringam loves spending time with his wife and three girls, exploring the outdoors, golfing, camping, and doing handyman projects. He is an advanced Spanish translator and a member of the American Dental Association. He is excited to join the community and call Pocatello home.

Dr. Mark Weston provides quality and experienced dentistry in a fun, relaxed, and family-friendly environment. He was in private practice for over 25 years in a small Wyoming town where he had a loyal patient base of all ages.

Dr. Weston has taken many hours of continuing education in the field of endodontics, pedodontics, oral pathology, implant dentistry, and restorative dentistry. He was a Star Valley Medical Center staff member for 20 years and has completed the EMT first responders’ course.

Dr. Weston is patient-oriented and often has parents comment that their children look forward to coming to the dentist. His older patients look forward to coming as well, either to chat about hunting, sports or hear the latest joke. Dr. Weston is an avid hunter and outdoorsman. He and his wife, Holly, are the parents of two children. Dr. Weston will see patients in the North Logan and Garden City clinics.

Dr. Youssef was born and raised in Cache Valley. After graduating from Sky View High School, he attended Utah State University, where he studied Pre-Dentistry and received a bachelor’s degree in business management. He was a member of the USU Football Team and has been a lifelong Aggie fan.

He and his wife, Karolina, are high school sweethearts. They have a daughter and two sons. After graduating from USU, Dr. Youssef and his wife moved to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where he attended Nova Southeastern University School of Dental Medicine and graduated in 2001.

After the unfortunate tragedies of 9/11, Dr. Youssef decided he wanted to serve his country and joined the Army National Guard. He was deployed to Kabul, Afghanistan, in 2005, where he served as a Captain in a medical infantry unit supporting Operation Enduring Freedom. He is currently a lieutenant colonel in the Army Reserve.

When he’s not at work, his favorite hobbies are hunting and fishing. During their time living in Florida, he and his family have frequently visited Utah to relish the beauty the state offers. He’s ecstatic to call Utah home again and feels as if he never left.
