Sliding Fee Schedule
Affordable healthcare is part of Health West’s mission. That’s why we offer an expanding service line coupled with a Sliding Fee Program. This program calculates fees based on household size and income. Even if you have insurance, you may qualify for reduced charges through the Sliding Fee Program. Therefore, all patients are encouraged to apply. These nominal fees are based on guidance provided annually by the federal government.
