Health West North Logan

Formerly the Cache Valley Community Health Center, this Utah clinic is now part of the Health West family of clinics. The clinic has a new name, Health West North Logan, but the outstanding healthcare services remain the same. We offer primary care, mental health services, dental services, as well as an in-house pharmacy. The North Logan clinic is accepting new patients.
